Originally from California where he spent over 30 years, Scott lived in Ohio for 27 years building his business and real estate ventures. Feeling the need for warmer weather surrounded by bountiful nature, wildlife and beaches, he and his wife of 20 years, Kathie, moved to Englewood in 2020. Scott immediately immersed himself in the small-town, amenity-rich community where he has made friends and attends neighborhood and community events.
